The Snapchat Highlight downloader opens a saved public collection and shows the videos and photos available inside it. A Highlight is attached to a public Profile but is different from the current Story: the owner can save selected media into a Highlight so it may remain visible after a Story would normally expire.
A Profile result can first show a list of Highlight cards with a title or cover. Open the intended card to load its collection items. A card is a summary, not one downloadable file, so the tool waits until the collection is opened before showing its real video and photo totals.
Every item stays separate with its file type, format, duration or dimensions when known. You can preview one item, save only the files you need or select several videos and photos for the browser to download individually.
How to download a public Highlight
Use a supported direct Highlight link when you already know the collection. A public username or Profile URL is useful for finding all Highlights currently available for that owner.
Several downloads are not combined into a ZIP. This is simpler on phones because there is no archive to unpack, but your browser may ask whether the site can download multiple files. Allow the prompt only when you selected more than one item.
Paste the full public Highlight link or enter the exact username, then select Find media.

- Which Snapchat links can I use?
- Enter a public username, Profile URL, supported share link, Highlight link or Spotlight link. Some publisher Story links containing /p/ are also supported. Results may include public videos, photos and profile pictures, depending on what Snapchat currently makes available.
- Do I need to sign in to Snapchat?
- No. The tool works with public data and does not ask for Snapchat account credentials. It cannot use this access to open private content.
- Can it recover private, deleted or expired media?
- No. If an item is not publicly available, the tool cannot recover it. Private, removed and expired media remains unavailable.
- Does the tool change quality or remove watermarks?
- The tool does not add or remove watermarks, sharpen photos or increase video resolution. Existing marks remain. Most files download directly; some supported videos are first prepared as an MP4 in your browser. Preparing an MP4 does not create a higher-quality version.
- How do multiple downloads work?
- Selected items are saved as separate files, not a ZIP. Your browser may ask you to allow multiple downloads. Videos that need preparation use temporary browser memory before saving; the site does not keep a hosted media archive. Check your browser's download list for saved files.
- May I reuse the downloaded media?
- Only when you have permission and a lawful reason to do so. Public availability does not transfer ownership or reuse rights.
- Is a Highlight the same as a current Story?
- No. A current Story is time-sensitive, while a Highlight is a saved collection that may remain publicly available on a Profile.
- Why can I see a Highlight card but not its items?
- The collection may be empty, removed, restricted or no longer publicly available when opened.
- Can a Snapchat Highlight contain both videos and photos?
- Yes. A collection can contain videos, photos or a mixture of both. The result labels each item and shows separate totals so you can select the media types you actually want.
- Will Highlight videos be HD or have no watermark?
- The downloader keeps the available file quality and does not add a site watermark. It does not upscale a file to HD or 4K, and it does not remove text, logos or marks already embedded in the creator's media.
- Why is the Highlight title or cover missing?
- Snapchat may not provide a title or cover for that collection. A missing title may appear as a simple label such as Highlight 1. You can still select Open collection to check its items. Neither a generic label nor a visible cover guarantees that every item is still available.
Choosing the right Highlight and checking your saved files
If a Profile lists several Highlights, compare their titles and covers before opening one. After it loads, check the video and photo totals and preview the item you recognize. A collection can contain a similar-looking clip more than once, so look at the actual preview rather than downloading every item with the same cover.
Keep each downloaded file separate when you check the result on your device. The download list can help you find an item that saved while another was blocked by the browser. If you revisit a Highlight later, its contents may have changed: creators can edit or remove items. A saved cover or an old link does not preserve the collection, and the tool cannot restore a previous version.
